The info is so conflicting, i decided to give immigration NZ in London a call and they said it is ok to submit the EOI, i said but will we loose points from this as we are just getting...

I've just checked it out, he is exempt from doing the examination, but obviously just has to get the info together for empolyment and work experience, he has been an electrician since he was 17 now...
