I am afraid your email doesn't help. From my emailing with IEAust MSA Department I can say that they are... lets say... not happy to answer my requests. Answers were quite formal and their message...

According to the current legislation there is no way to get any refund. Maybe the Parlament could change this so that applicants who wait for long could cancel their applications and ask for refund.

Thanks for the advice, but from the 23rd of September all sponsored applicants who are not on CSL will have to wait at least until 2012. So, I am afraid, there is no advantage of applying for SS...
