waterlootechjobs.com was a good site. Companies post jobs on there and you can apply through it, but I prefer to go to the company website and apply through that if possible.

Actually, scratch my 2nd question. If I apply for TWP through post I have to send my passport so would find it rather difficult to get to Port of entry methinks! ;)

I was trying to avoid the Point Of Entry Route as it sounded risky to me, although I can see the advantage of not having to pay to re-submit a postal application...
