Thanx for the reply. Not sure mate about the PLE. From one of the posts here in BE, I learned that they reply to this sort of PLE with something like, "CO require 42 days to respond...

How do you know your CO's email address?

In my request letter, CO only specified an email address to provide the documents. I e-mailed to that address and also got the confirmation email stating...
