Correct they got their GC approved last year, and got their card in June 2023. They are going to live here in the US, but went as they need to wind up things and had an emergency in the family.

Yes, this is their first long absence. Well, they got GC last year and away since the end of July'23.

Yes, I paid it as soon as they got approval. The online account does not say anything about GC unless I am not aware of it.
