Very sad news for u &many others......
one thing that DIAC should understand that if they do not procress those application not under CSL these should be started from those that has not yet...

my wife name is XXX POKHREL before marriage
After marriage her name is XXX POKHREL(NEPAL)as nepal is my family name and same is written in her passport
In grant letter her name is typed as XXX...

VAC2 Paid ..is it compulsory to take english tuition??

I had paid VAC2....but i had a child & my wife have to stay with him to look after him.....
is it compulsory for her to take 510 hrs of english tuition when we arrive OZ...or not to take the...

At first i had only send reference letter
later on i send tax clearance,income verification,identity card,training certificates
my co never requested me these docs but i send it later

paying VAC by credit card-some questions

Dear frens I M preparing to pay VAC2 by credit card .I have applied papr pased & during my lodgement i send bank draft through courier.Now My co asked for VAC2...I m thinking to pay that next week...

Yes i had changed my job twice & each time i informed DIAC by form 1022 & letter frm that office mentioning i work there.

At my surprise ,i came to know today that AHC has already contacted my previous office 2-3 mnths ago.....but the phone is received by one of the assistant stafff ...he told them that i worked there...
