It is usually 6 to 8 weeks, obviously Christmas may have delayed yours.

I have CISSP but no degree in IT. I used the RPL process to qualify for permanent residence. You won't be category B if you are relying on the CISSP certification to qualify for that category. I...

I received my visa about 3 weeks after making that call. I asked for an update at the time but they wouldn't tell me anything. Then I received an email and the yellow envelope on the same day.

This happened to me also. I telephoned Adelaide and was given the name of my new case officer. It is likely that your case has already been reassigned to somebody else.

Letter arrived today. Visa was granted on October 9th. 9 months and 24 days from application. Skilled Independent (RPL)

Details on Austimeline - ADGD.

Sydney in February.

Just thought you might like to know that ASPC seem to be processing applicants from Dec 2002. We received our letter on June 2.
