I have got the original one that was given to me for my birth, not a copy acquired at a later date; and when it asks for a copy, i have just scanned the birth certificate for the copy and will send...

As far as i know, she would need to get British Citizenship, then she could have a UK Passport.

If she was born before a certain date, and her parents migrated to Australia, then she can apply for...

Yeah, when you get your Australian Citizenship, there is no need to renounce the British as it is not required by either government to only have one citizenship.

Thanks, that really helped!

I am not a citizen yet, but applying for dual citizenship as my mother was born over there, and still has her Aus Citizenship. Should easily get it.

From what i remember hearing, A Levels have the equivelent of the HCE (Higher School Certificate) but GCSEs don't have an equivelent because they are not offered by the British Government.

GCSEs don't mean anything over there. A UK Qualification they do accept is the A/AS levels, which will be the equvilient to their HCE.
