oops, my bad. :o I think I found the info in the instructions for filling out the I-751. It has to be within the window....so, we need to wait basically.

Ok, looks like there is a waiver and we do qualify. I'm not gonna count on us getting it because....well, you know how these things go. But we will definitely apply.
