Changing sponsor on a 457 visa.

Does anyone know how to change sponsors on a 457 visa? Do you have to go through the whole applicaton process again? Any advise appreciated.

I have just received my 457 visa and was planning to come out to the Holy Spirit in Brisbane in August. I was informed yesterday that due to cutbacks the job is no longer there!!!!:ohmy: Any advice...
