We have a few houses we rent out and its fairly standard for someone without a job, bankrupt etc to pay 6 months rent in advance but not pay a deposit. We use a letting agent so I can't help with...

You're not kidding! I am so tempted to have the medicals but I really think the whole canada think is over so its just throwing away more money but its still that what if feeling!!! :rolleyes:
