Forget the question about IELTS, just seen that it has all changed again. On the website there are some practice examples as we only have to do the general test it looks easy, will get the practice...

I suppose it would be similar to private hospitals here, more women choose that for consultant led care and the right to pay for a no questions asked c section! That's how it comes across anyway....
