i own a UK registered car in the UK, use it on a British license and also have my uk international drivers license, which i gt after exchanging my Zimbabwean license, both my parents are of UK...

i also wanted to find out whether its possible to temporarily export my car for 11.5 months to russia from the uk. and still have its tax being paid in the uk,as iam a student in russia.
