We are looking into renting with a good agent. Full management fees charge about 11-13% of rental fee. Also, they have given me a form to fill in which stops them deducting the UK tax...

Like you say Steve, it is an insurance policy. Even if both children are in Aus,it doesn't mean it will suit us but at least with dual passports there are choices which isnt bad. We all wake up at 4...

Well our bank didn't allow more than £10k transaction per day, even between in house accounts.

Fantastic news for you:) If you have everything you need up together, AOS form 80 done and money sorted it will happen very quickly. No you cannot pay direct unless you use your credit...

We have e-mailed both HOC and CO to make sure hubby's meds have been cleared. They were sent 3/8 but no one seems to answer the emails so am going to phone. Trouble is the HOC only work...

So do we!! The CO has all the info including AOS so just waiting for the demand for 2nd VAC....waiting is even harder than the 16 months. I cant believe we are so keen to give away...

I should hold fire on the expired meds as our CO on 3/8/ have extended the meds for an extra 6 months so that we can get the visa done without having more meds done. We frontloaded...
