thanks for the reply.... as they say.... "every little helps"....

it sounds like u r applying under a 138 class too... and the fact that u can use ur spouses skills without requiring...

looks like u r using a different visa class to ours.... we r looking at a 138 - Australian Linked.....

Hi Heather.... congrats on the visa by the way..... I was kinda hopin I could put the family link on mine as I have a stonger case (seeing as she is my spouse etc) !!!

ironically I rec'd a call from an agent in OZ just 10 minutes after I posted my question..... the agent was one I emailed in its UK office nearly 2 weeks...
