My husband is also qualified in the UK, I dont think there is any way to get out of doing PLT.Maybe some areas but not all. My husband has 6yrsPQE but we are busy sorting out the academic exemptions...

Hi ,
Not sure which subjects my husband will have to take. Could be 3 dont htink you can get out of constitutional law and prof conduct and ethics. Courses for UNE you can enrol now semester...

I dont think one of my posts came up. You can do online courses with The University of New England via distance learning :www.une.edu.au. They also arrange for the exams to be taken in your own...

For Practical Legal training it is still accredited.You do the online courses then its a 3 week on campus in June...then you have to go back in July for assessments.

Also where did you see that the College of Law not not accredited? If you have a look at the lawlink website the college of law is still accredited:
