I was asked to submitt meds and PCC. I got this certificate from police administration, stating that I have never been convicted (and hence have no criminal record). Is this sufficient?...

No, I got an e-mail asking for the form. It was signed by some man, who is sending the mail on behalf of a CO.

Too late... I already attached a b/w copy. I recon if it's not ok, a CO will ask it leter.. I suppose this won't be a problem?

I completed GSM online application and at the end a check list appeared. One of the docs in the check list is certified copy of IELTS test report form. Is it sufficient just to scan the test report...

I take no medication,just analgetics a few times in accute phases.but often people have a surgeon.hence,a surgeon is possible in the future and medications that are not...

Do they check reflexes,eg knocking knees etc?cause i have poor reflexes due to this problem.

How do you mean? Won't they ask me if I had/have spinal problems? As I understood, this is one of the questions.

Do you think disc hernia is marked as B (serious problem)?
