My view on the SSV is its better to get out there as quick as possible, if I have to submit for another visa later the cost is nothing compared to the depreciation of the house prices in the UK.

Cant see them processing MODL until CSL is complete. Remember this change is due to economic issues so they only want most critical skilled people until they see how the economy is going. SSV ensures...

Hi, I had mine certified by a legal solicitor and that was passed fine by the ACS, dependent upon the authorising body they might not require notary but just legal solicitor.

I thought the CSL only just came in, are the figures your quoting for last year for MODL visas or the portion of MODL visas that are now on the CSL list.
