The plan for now is that we visit in Apr to check the place out. If we decide it's right for us (which we hope) then we will plan on moving over and rent for a short period. I notice most companies...

Are nursery fees quite expensive? In the UK they are really expensive.

I work as an IT trainer (NOC 4131). OH works as nursery assistant. Our daughter is 18 months old. What age do children start pre school?

I am looking at renting in Halifax or Dartmouth. How much is typical rental of say a 3 bed house? Are there particular areas that are more expensive?

This sounds more promising than orignally thought. Obviously we want to go over in April to do as miuch as we can. We have a daughter 16 months old so hopefully getting involved in chidrens...
