Thanks for that, when applying for PR as a skilled worker can it be done without a job offer, i did the test and got enough points without a job offer but i don't know if that's a good standard or if...

Hi i'm an Electrician in the UK, how long will a PR application take outside of Canada? Also i'd been subcontracting for 10 years after my apprenticeship, and have gone on the books about 4 months...

Thanks for the info, i kind of figured that making a move to a new country, with out any contacts at the moment would'nt be the best start. However when things do pick up, i'm going to make the move....
