Actually i read the Chapter 20 and see that children born abroad of british citizen otherwise than by descent (including by birth or naturalisation etc) will automatically get british citizenship......

However if reading article 2.8, it does say that "if you claim that you are no longer resident or ordinary resident, we might ask you to give evidence that you have left the UK...
