It's not really the lights and the computers but try putting the washing machine on at the same time as boiling a kettle....Or the oven on at the same time as the tumble dryer and then you might find...

Just over a year so not ages but enough to get the hang of life here! It can be quiet at times but it is a lovely place to live and certainly very beautiful. Has the electricity thing caught you out...
