i no longer use credit cards because my Visa was hacked 4 years ago,
and, if i did have a credit card, i most certainly wouldn't provide my account number online as the british government is...

i have a Royal Bank debit card attached to my savings account but its not a RBC Visa debit card, pretty sure mine can't be used online internationally.

RBC are telling me that a Visa prepaid card...

i've phoned numerous times to the passport office and four consuls - only phone prompts. not sure if there are any human beings working...
