They didn't remove word accredited, they simply replaced it with more unified word recognized as some Provinces use word accreditation, some use other words to define status of educational...

Recognized in CIC jargon always means accredited or something to same effect. PCTIA plain registration is not accreditation, thus it may not be treated as recognized by Province and CIC.

It does not!

Only SW applicants who were granted points in Arranged Employment factor have the settlement funds...

PR process cannot be completed in "a few weeks" - it is impossible.

BUNAC is only for UK nationals. Several other countries have their holiday and/or youth visa programs agreements with Canada.

It means as follows:

1. First 5 years period starts at the day you become a PR and you must be in Canada (and be able to prove it)...
