Hi, we arrived 2 weeks ago and you now need a study visa for kids to give a copy to the education board!!! They will give it you at airport with wifes 'Open' work permit..

Hi..we have been here 3years plus now!!
The education in France is excellent!! Our 3 kids have done better than some of the French kids...
