I have a L1A till Nov 30 and have just had H1B approved by a new company till 2006.

L1A - I485 to H1B

Hi,
I came to USA almost 3 years ago on an L1A.
In Nov 30 03 my L1A runs out
In Dec 02 I applied for I140 and was approved June 25 03

My company made me redundant in April 03 but will not...

Thanks for the info - further questions;

1) As I still have an L1 Stamp in my passport that is valid till Nov03. Can I reenter US on that stamp even though I don't work for that company any more....
