End of the Journey 😀

Today I had my Oath Ceremony and can officially say I’m a US Citizen. My parents flew in from London to make it part of their vacation so it was great having them join me and my wife at the ceremony....

I should've asked in the original post, but providing you pass the civic test, do you get an answer on naturalization acceptance right there at the interview?

Hi Rete, thanks.

I was already in the US on a work visa when I applied for my green card adjustment of status though marriage... I think that was the I-130. Does that still make her my ‘sponsor’...

For those with dual citi, can you leave the U.S using your US passport and on arrival at UK customs, use your British one, and vice versa?

All sorted, turns out I didn't have to go to the CBP office in Downtown Chicago either which was good, I went to the office at O'Hare which kind of felt like I was walking back into the Lions den.
