Did the person at immigration at the airport take the little white slip off u when u left? They dont stamp or even need to look at ur passport when ur leavin and it will only be when u come back...

Im not really familiar with healthcare here, you will have to research because with having a profession she might be able to work if th employer wants to pay for her work permit. All i can say is it...

hi, ive only just seen this thread not been on this expats site for a while. im a bored wife only in my 30's and looking to meet up with people or anything entertaining in days or nights.

I'd like to add to this thread that immigration are getting tougher. With regards to an extension it is $50 but the maximum they will give you is 6 months, ive personally tried to get longer than...

Im applying for my citizenship through marriage. When I submitted the application last year they told me it would take approximately 2 years but the last I went to immigration to get my extension...

I havent hay interview yet, Im guessing that wont be for at least another year as I only applied for my citizenship last october. Have you had an interview, if so how long did it take from applying...

Thanks for all your replies, i really appreciate it. I used to do alot of swimming and even some running but am pretty unfit now but would be interested in meeting up if you start a running club...
