My wife is in the States. She will visit a local health clinic. I wouldn't think they'd be knowledgeable about what shots are required, since they do not deal with non-immigrant visas...

Yup, I wish my wife had taken care of her shots in England. W'ed have the I-485 sent off by now. Oh, well....

That Civil Surgeon's office quoted a price of $189 for the required shots. I didn't...

G325A: File Number = Alien Registration Number?

At the top of the G325A, it asks for the File Number, which starts with an "A".
At the bottom of this form, it asks for the Alien Registration Number. Are these two one and the same?

Sorry for not clarifying in my original post, but she is a South Korean national, who was in UK on a Student Visa. She has since arrived in the US three weeks ago.

There are four boxes for item #3, CITIZENSHIP. Which box should be checked for someone with a K-1 Visa applying for a Social Security card? :confused:
