My wife is in the States. She will visit a local health clinic. I wouldn't think they'd be knowledgeable about what shots are required, since they do not deal with non-immigrant visas...

That Civil Surgeon's office quoted a price of $189 for the required shots. I didn't...

G325A: File Number = Alien Registration Number?

At the top of the G325A, it asks for the File Number, which starts with an "A".
At the bottom of this form, it asks for the Alien Registration Number. Are these two one and the same?
