I moved to Vancouver from Toronto for a year and just came back recently. Vancouver is way too small a city for me! Sure it's laid-back.... you get the mountains, the sea, the view, blah blah...

Wow, east Toronto... isn't that going to be a long commute for you? Did you consider other neighbourhoods such as High Park (west toronto) or Mississauga?

Areas to consider:

Northwest Mississauga (Streetsville / Erin Mills) and South Mississauga (Lorne Park, Port Credit, Clarkson) - the majority of the households in these areas are upper-middle...
