I had filed an I-212 with the London Embassy on 24th Nov 2003. This is after my first application filed in May 2003 was lost by Arlington, VA. Still waiting:(

Check your NOA2. If it says at the bottom that "The alien is Code H", then you will be asked for fingerprinting.
