According to "The Fry Up Police", this is the perfect one, and who am i to disagree - but I reckon that plate could feed at least 2.

Is there anything you will not eat, Miss Anne? What's verboten? Anyone else?
(No, not being snarky and there are no hidden implications - just attempting to keep the thread going).
I won't touch avocados. Not the biggest fan of fish although I can tolerate salmon and have had a decent turbot or two in the past.

Have you not had them sauteed with pancetta or lightly tossed in melted butter?

Brussels picked and cooked straight away are a lot better than those from the supermarket. Brussels fried in olive oil with chilli pepper and garlic are not bad at all.
Personally I like a bowl of porridge for breakfast but not easy to find good quality oats in Italy.

A small eggs benedict with some wilted spinach , mushrooms or a rasher . Wouldn't say no to adding in a grilled tomato either.
