Don't know for sure, but try Tamimi. That seems to be the supermarket most targeted at expats out of the big ones (in Khobar anyway).

I've bought it in Tamimi, next to Sahara mall. Hit and miss whether they will have it in stock at all times though. Nowt like a reet nice brew o yok'sha tea!
