I keep telling Dh, don't piss off the waiter with your attitude, he'll spit in your curry 
I'm sure that's not why you had a caterpillar in your salad
DH does it to Caesars staff, I Looooooooooove their food, esp the Butter Chicken
but they are so 'in your face' the majority of the time, moving shit around on your table, we move it back, moving it again - it's like 'please leave the table alone, bring the food'
Bit like the staff in BHS - sure they're on commission - can I help you madam?
I'm sure that's not why you had a caterpillar in your salad
