Default Why did the licensed restaurants at Festival City never open?

Was meant to be an Irish Village, Left Bank etc...

What happened with that?

probally the same as the ones in the Marina near the Rupee Room. All those resturants were told they would be licenced. Have a look the next time you go by most have a Bar of sorts which is not used.

those marina ones were never linked to a hotel though. My understanding was that the ones mentioned by Auto would fall under the CP or Intercon umberella?

it is weird...yauatcha was also due to open there, i've been eagerly waiting for a few years now...but they've gone and opened hakkasan in emirates palace, wonder whether they gave up on festival city...?
