Genuinely surprised that the UAE, ranked No.33 (29.9 per 100,000 popn) is significantly higher than Saudi, ranked 53 (23.3 per 100,000 popn).
For comparisons sake the UK is ranked at 180 (4.8 per 100,000 popn).

I suspect Saudi uses the same rule.

The thought also struck me but it doesn't match all the previous methods. We (the Mods) were idly wondering just how many aliases this guy has used, at the very least 200. Crazier than a box of frogs.
