Sterling deposit rates are still p*ss poor, gold too expensive etc.

A properly flexible savings plan would be a good start.
I'm tempted by some of the agri/telco/life science managed portfolios as they are still look (to me) very undervalued.
Does anyone have UAE bonds?

A big chunk of mine will go to paying off extra mortgage whilst interest rates are low.
