Theres only one bread that can be eaten with a full breakfast Warburtons!

If there's one problem with a full english, its that choice of bread. ;)

Has to be the medium in the blue wrapper, orange wrapper if blue not available! Only problem with Warburtons is it doesnt fit all the way into the toaster!

Always get the orange wrapper one as it's the thickest - agree about the toaster though.....just do it once and then turn it round for half a cycle on the toaster and it usually works!

Never seen that one - I'll have to look out for it. Maybe it's only sold "up north"

A full Irish breakfast for me with a few slices of white pudding to accompany the black. As for poached eggs, we bought a poacher at Dubai Outlet Mall a few years back, a great investment.

followed by a bacon and egg sarnie with loads of brown sauce.

glass of fresh orange and a cuppa breakfast tea. No milk, no sugar.

yup, which is exactly why i run for 30 minutes every morning BEFORE i have any food/drink at all. Real slowly..to increase my body's ability and efficiency to burn fat as opposed to carb..

A 'perfect' breakfast is when i am not treating my body like a machine and simply enjoying it.

Plus, i eat a pretty fatty diet. I am trying to train my body to burn fat, so i need to fuel it with fat.

And it works. In my last Ironman, i took 38minutes off my marathon time and im 100% sure it was down to correct race nutrition and also 10 weeks of training my body to burn fat more efficiently.

I was that man 20Kg and 4 years ago. Pickled my liver in the navy for over a decade. Now time to be healthy for my kids. My 10year old, apart from finding my lycra wearing a little strange, thinks its mega cool that her old man races Ironman triathlon.

I drink red wine most nights when I'm not training for an event..does that suffice? ;-)
