Some noodles in a pot with chinese writing all over it. Qr4, probably the cheapest lunch I have ever had and non fattening............The diet has started today and as I am unwilling to curb the alcohol calories I will sacrifice food.

Well, I am not exactly keeping them...they are just there...I think I may have used the wrong word "beehive"...it's just that they are making their "nest" in my garden and the gardeners gave me one honeycomb today.

Todays breakfast at 4.30am was left over roast lamb, brussell sprouts, cabbage and veg au gratin and fruit cake for dessert - good start to the day. Nothing now until tommorow morning - perhaps a protein shake with raw eggs after training.
