Don't you ever feel queasy after eating a McD's meal? The first bite is always good but halfway through don't you realise it's nothing more than salt and sugar held together in an utterly and thoroughly processed manner

Yeah.
I do have a periodic craving for McDonalds' fries but haven't succumbed in five or so years.
If you're not in the habit of fast food the taste really is foul after the first bite or two. If I remember correctly from Supersize, McD and others of that ilk practically design all their food for that first bite nirvana, which keeps people addicted.

I am amazed that people actually go to McDonald's their food is just beyond disgusting .
I personally find Hardee's comparably better , I mean buns do taste like cardboard but it is fast food after all

Lobster and caviar with plenty of butter sauce, onion rings and fries.
For desert, I would opt for extra creamy vanilla ice cream and Belgian chocolate sauce eaten off Kim Kardashian.
