It's been the same for ages
Morning: Muesli, a boiled egg, toast
Afternoon: I like marmite and jam sandwiches
Evening: Fish pie or Liver and onions

Breakfast:
Bullet proof coffee Sun, Tuesday, Thu
Omlette, salad, salmon, humus, cheese on a Monday, Wednesday at the Movenpick gate hotel post swim
Friday, no breakfast before an endurance bike ride
Sat, usually brunch post swim.
Lunch : boiled eggs or a mixed salad
Dinner : whatever the family are having. We vary our food every day, but I keep carbs, sugar to a minimum. We Like fish, chicken, steak etc
Try to keep my daily intake around 70% from fat.
I don't eat pasta, potato, rice or bread.
I snack on dark chocolate and Brazil nuts.
Should drink red wine instead of both, but I do enjoy a Peroni.
Basically and in summary: I eat anything apart from bread, potatoes, rice, pasta and fruit
