Swim, bike then run. Best stress reliever ever.

Any of the above, especially bike.

Phone off, ipod on, click in pedals and go...bliss

And let's you have guilt free beer, cakes and pies..

Lovely.

Turn off phones ... find corkscrew and open bottle then pour... find previously printed crosswords or sudoku - or

But my favourite unwind? Cooking! Give me a recipe and the ingredients and I'm happy! Making bread, pizza dough etc is especially therapeutic - all that kneading required. Who's head would you be giving a good 'seeing to'?

Run, swim, chat online, hypnotise someone.

Strangely "get blind drunk" seemed to stop being on the list when I moved out here.

Run......then spend some time making a nice meal for my wife and speaking to my parents in the North East, there's nothing like a bit of honest craic to relieve the tension and make you smile..!!
