Can you please enlighten those of us on here who don't know who he is. Meanwhile, as for the looting of shops by the Kenyan Army, that scenario follows the Airport fire looting. They are simply not paid enough. At least there have been no rapes by the military reported. In Kenya, sexual assaults upon local girls by uniformed personnel, usually the police, are quite common. When I was there and my house was burgled, the police asked if I could send a car to collect their officers as the only available vehicle was being used by the guy in charge, probably for a family shopping excursion.

He used to post quite a lot, but a little less nowadays. Was more than helpful to me a year or so ago when I was planning my Vietnam trip as he'd lived there for a while. Typical came to a meet up we had and was a really nice bloke, lived in some properly cool places.

Sorry but I'm trying to protect myself and family from the press so not saying much in public. Suffice to say my wife and I were caught in the incident; I am still in hospital and she passed away.

Good call scamp. I think you refer to the night we were out in stables. I enjoyed meeting you all and remember typical as a kinda cool, well traveled guy. I am totally gutted for him and what has happened. This shit shouldn't happen to anyone. God bless
