I have HH tonight, and tomorrow is a brunch for someone leaving. Saturday early AM I am having a photo shoot then it'll be reading in the shade by the pool.

Come to think of it, between now and Rammers I have at least four leaving dos. Everyone is cramming in the goodbyes before Qatar goes booze free. But it does seem like everyone is leaving!

Photo shoot? Do tell. I was filmed yesterday for a corporate video about the charity work we do. Yeah, I do charity events even though I'm a total dickwad.

Going straight to Abu Dhabi tonight, night in a hotel, golf society tournament in the morning, BBQ with friends and godson in the afternoon, stay with them, return Saturday, pack, fly to London.

I've a mate who's a photographer here in Qatar. Most of the work is for corporations on a variety of subjects (a lot of it is architectural photos for projects completed or in-progress). Also does family and personal shoots. I thought why not? So we're going to Souq Waqif early in the morning before anything is open and having photos taken of me.

It's not so much to stoke my vanities but the thought that it'd be nice to have a set of high quality photos of me before I'm old and ugly. I'd realised all the photos of me in the last few years were casual shots, some great, most ok and wanted something a bit better.

Sorry to disappoint you, Millhouse, but there will be nothing naked or exposed.

Yep. Started 5x5. Early days. Between that and swimming I'm just about sore and tired all the time. So far the only real issue is figuring out how to increase the food intake, but we'll see how 5x5 goes first.

I had a kebab for lunch, beautiful it was. Absolutely beautiful. Glorious I might even say.

Nobody eating a salad or quinoa on a Thursday lunch has ever said that.

I rarely eat lunch - just cant handle the sleepy feelings after and work much better on empty stomach. I do fancy a German Doner Kebab now

This weekend I have a date with a woman whom I have been trying to take out for the last 2 months. So barring any last minute cancellations, I should be blundering my way through that.

She has already asked me if it worked out where do I see this relationship going
