no not always it can be a year ban, 3 year ban or a lifetime ban, from my understanding he was banned for 3 years from entering Dubai but he is appelaing that (sad man)

I don't know whether this is true, but I was told that in one of the press reports he stated that the brunch culture here is almost forced on expats and that he was but a victim of the mindless booze culture that dubai has created.. etc blah bs blah..
