Spugsy you're a good sport for coming back so quickly but have been looking at dubizzle with little success - Springs 2 good access to DBS and away from the road works. keeping an eye on Gulf News too but so bloody annoying all these agents!!

springs 2 is the problem, they never come up and when they do they are soon re rented

Yes, he starts in January but need to get the villa by the end of the month - my wordly goods leave on a boat next week

there are some empty on Street 5 on Springs three, still walking distance to DBS.

Springs 2 preferable for access but to be honest I may start looking at Springs 3 too... Street 10 is close to the break in the trees by DBS as far as I remember - the walk to the school will mean no car school runs - a horror...

I'm looking for one around Safa Park if anyone knows of anything going privately. I've seen a few, but nothing that ticks all the boxes and I agree with Daniel, dealing with agents is a pain in the backside. If something doesn't come up in the next couple of weeks, we'll just take one of those that I've already seen.

I can't imagine why anyone wants to live in a Springs box.

Whilst I agree that most agents are a total shower I have found a few that are decent & reliable. I didn't mind paying mine as they did a great job and shockingly for Dubai are efficient and professional.

Who were they...?? I worked property investment for 15 years and good agents worldwide are few and far between but agree they do exist. Not in abundance here though, unfortunately...

They are called Top Class. Run by a Brit. I have dealt with ladies called Neelam & Gurpreet and they have all been very good. A refreshing change from all the others I have had to deal with.
