'A comprehensive study of web users has determined that the dumber you are, the more likely you are to use Microsoft Internet Explorer.'

I was gonna start a poll to see how many of us use IE..can't say I find this surprising though. Been dabbling with Opera, but I'm somewhat annoyed with all the browsers now looking more and more like each other. Whatever happened to being unique?

Chrome here. It has it's problems but is faster and less likely to crash than IE.

Safari/Firefox/Chrome....anything BUT IE. Unfortunately a lot of software is written for IE to the detriment of other better browsers.

I've found Safari to be a nightmare. Firefox seem to finally have gotten rid of the 10 minute start-up bug which made me stop using firefox 4.0, but 5.0 seems to be quick. Opera is very fast I've found, but few addons (in comparison for firefox)..

Safari on Mac & iPad

Chrome on Android

Not sure why, maybe the browser's DNA, but they seem to work best only on certain operating systems...

Chrome all the way... apart from the fact it has a bit of a conflict with Hotmail that won't allow you to enter text in the main body of the email. Hotmail sucks anyway, so it's no hardship.

Don't use Safari. It's actually more dangerous than using IE.

I use a mix of Chrome and Firefox depending on what I'm doing.

Firefox is pretty damn good. Wouldn't touch IE or even safari to be honest.

So what is supposed to be wrong with IE, or as I use it am I just a retard who wouldn't understand the answer?

I am not a techie and it seems to work just fine for me. Geeky one-up-manship is dull.

I'd guess Bill Gates uses it, if it's good enough for him, it's good enough for me.
