Yer but sadly you can't get it in a proper glass bottle, Believe me i have longed for 1 for the 2yrs i've been here and had hangovers. Although my Gf not brit is now hooked on it when hungover and i get into trouble if its not in the fridge the next morning lol!!!!!

Irn bru or Coke from MacDonalds with a few portions of chips works for me :)

I left the office about 6pm, walked home from Internet City to the Marina (took forever). Collapsed on my bed, woke up at 8:30, ordered subway, ate that and passed out again.

Feel rough today too but a few meetings down a trip to the middle of nowhere and I'm nearly done.

Thanks for the ideas. I went with the fast food / sugary drinks binge and it's sort of paid off.

Crikey that was one heck of a night if you are still feeling rough today!

The other thing I should have suggested was to stick your fingers down your throat. Sometimes to up-chuck is the best solution!

Glad you are recovering, albeit slowly! Lightweight!! LOL.

How hot is it? It's his first few weeks in Dubai so the heat could be getting to him?

When I lived in DC (which does get very hot in the summers) I had a friend visit from Edinburgh for a few weeks. The heat just about killed her and she spent most of the time pale and gasping for water.

Of course, someone did have to gently point out to her that people don't wear wool twinsets in the middle of a DC summer.

I think our boy here needs to acclimitise.

It was a combination of not eating much lunch, not drinking any water, not having any dinner, sinking about 8 pints in three hours, then ploughing my way through I don't know how many rum and cokees.

A day yesterday of eating shite food probably hasnt helped me today...

I've not declared this a two day hangover.....My gut is just in turmoil from the abuse it received yesterday with a day of fizzy shite and fast food.

Got some crazy German version of imodium which seems to be doing a job.
