I made a personal recommendation in post #89 of this very thread.

It's not the software that differentiates different VPN providers, it's their servers. Try one for a month, if you don't like it try another. Hell, you could go crazy and try two simultaneously.

software makes no difference....google for recommendations, there are loads of sites that recommend which are good, usually the top few on google are the better ones with UK and US servers.

Wouldn't recommend paying for a year in advance as they might not be around by then.
