Looks like what Israel has been doing with African refugees; Israel negotiated with Scandinavians to accept them.
All these MiddleEastern nations are very nationalist in maintaining their ethnic/racial hegemony but they emigrate to the West , don't want to meaningfully integrate and whinge about racism and discrimination when they perceive some slight.
I doubt there are sizeable number of GCC Arabs emigrating , but only because of the relative prosperity in their home nations. When their oil runs out or alternatives are found and the GCC nations decline steeply in economic activity, they sure as hell will want to emigrate to the West . They will scream anti Arab racism or Islamophobia when things don't go their way.Yemenis already emigrate to the West, if they can.

I have met GCC nationals when I lived in the US. Singles, couples or families who lived there full time, (most of them) owned businesses and had middle or middle-upper class American lifestyles. And I have known locals in Abu Dhabi with "relatives" (brothers, sisters) living full-time in US/Canada.
So I am not talking about your average Emirati with a house in South Kensington and living part time there and in Dubai.
I don't think this is common in the UK or Europe, but maybe in US/Canada makes more sense for them. Americans are likely more open to different cultures and religions, they really don't have a lot of sense of what a Emirati should be since most Americans have never been anywhere near Dubai (not like every British who has traveled or transited there), and you don't really need tons of money to live a Gulf lifestyle like you would in London. In Houston, San Diego or Orlando (since GCC ppl tend to gather to sun states for obvious reasons; for them it is Southern California, Texas or South Florida) you can buy a big house and a GMC Suburban on the cheap... not very different to Doha or Abu Dhabi.
I reckon they just couldn't bother to cope with all the GCC BS despite the potential easier lifestyle. So they went to the US to study (most of them, if not all) and stayed there. If you have a small business or a good job in a place like Texas (cheap housing, low cost of life, low taxes) you can live very comfortably... and no matter how conservative Texas is, Dallas or Houston are like New York compared to Doha or Kuwait. Not every GCC national is dumb or wants to live subsidized.

maybe they just wanna have racial purity like the Third Reich...
and what I never understood how they would claim 'Islamic Brotherhood' while they treat their fellow Muslims (mainly from Indian subcontinent) worse than Animals.

The UAE uses Comoros citizenship as a national but not national option.
to people it wants to grant some rights to it will issue comoros citizenship so they get cheap housing etc but no voting or any other actual rights.
to people they want to revoke UAE citizenship for they withdraw their UAE citizenship and replace it with comoros citizenship. Its a way of revoking a UAE national rights whilst keeping them kind of tied to the UAE and retaining some basics freebies etc. the demotion is a huge loss of face and shaming usually handed out to people like human rights activists etc.
